Episode 2 – Chocolate Chip-Espresso Cheesecake – January 15, 2025
In this second episode I talk about the Cheesecake that a lot of people at church wanted to learn how to make. The first time I made this I wasn’t sure how it would turn out. I am not a big coffee drinker and don’t usually like the taste, but the subtle flavor of the espresso in the mix, heightens everything about this recipe. I hope you make this and let your friends try it. Let me know what they think. Chocolate Chip-Espresso Cheesecake
Ingredients
2 (3 oz) packages of creak cheese, softened
1 (14 ounce) can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Egg
1 teaspoon of Instant Espresso Powder
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
Preheat your over for 350 degrees.
With a mixer beat up the cream cheese until fluffy.
Add the 1 egg and continue mixing.
Add the can of Sweetened Condensed Milk and Mix.
Add your 1/2 cup of chocolate chips and Espresso Powder and Mix
Pour mix into crust.
Cook for 35 Minutes.
Let cool off and put in the Refrigerator for 2 hours to allow to fully cool and harden.
